The picture below shows about 1/2 cup of fat which drained from the chicken that was cooked upright on the CeramiCooker. The CeramiCooker is a healthy way to cook and is also very easy to use and easy to clean.  We washed, patted and dry and into the oven for one hour at 400 degrees. You can see the results.

This fat can be easily removed when chilled and the remaining broth makes a good chicken stock to be used in gravy, soup, etc.
