for each product. Customers have used many type of marinades including
salad dressings. Roast plain or place herbs and spice in the
cavity, under the skin,
baste or marinate prior to cooking. Place chicken in
plastic bag or bowl, use wine, apple juice, salad dressing, lemon
juice almost any flavor. The CeramiCooker reduces cooking time.

How to Use:
Its easy, just wash chicken and pat dry, place
chicken on the CeramiCooker & place in a foil-lined drip pan.
Important: Put one quarter to half an
inch of water in pan to prevent splatter in the oven.
Bake uncovered @400 degree oven, approximately one hour or until the
juices run clear. Optional: Add spices & herbs or marinate. Directions
