We are a family business and my wife and I take pride in our ceramicookers. My profession was as a medical technologist in hospital labs. A Cardiovascular surgeon wanted me to make him a way to cook tandoori chicken. Knowing the unique cooking qualities of pottery, I created the CeramiCooker known as Chicken Cooker for a low fat heart healthy way to cook chicken.

Early Morning Pottery started as a hobby, we came up with the "CeramiCooker" Vertical Stoneware roaster  had too much to do for the two of us. Now retired a few years have slowed us down, they are going to be made for us in China, same quality, Lead and Cadmium free. Now hopefully it will be possible to supply all of our customers.
